General Policy
- Order(s) may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control or at the seller’s discretion. In these cases, a refund payment will be issued within 72 hours after the order has been cancelled. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and will strive to make things better going forward
- All orders over $500 in value will be requested to change payment method to ACH/Wire, or will be subject to cancellation
- All direct business orders (Volume/B2B) are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable
- Product Warranty periods will be different for each product. Please check with the seller before purchase for details
- Expect handling time for orders to be 24 - 48 hours. If there are extenuating circumstances that delays this, customer will be notified via email for an option to cancel their order
Shipping and Handling Policy
- Free Shipping will be shipped via Ground Method (Fedex, UPS, USPS) at SabrePC discretion
- Free Shipping will only be for the 48 contiguous states. There will be a separate charge for all other destinations. Please contact us for a shipping estimate prior to purchase
- All orders received after 2 PM PST will be shipped out the next business day
- Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable
- Custom clearance and all duties and taxes/fees will be the customer's responsibility
Return Policy
Overall Guidelines
These are SabrePC’s (“SabrePC”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the SabrePC website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.
Specific Product Returns
Products are eligible for return within 30 days unless otherwise specified below:
- Barebones: No Returns
- Chassis: No Returns
- Video Cards: No Returns
- CPUs & Processors: No Returns
- Hard Drives: Subject to Restocking Fee
- Solid State Drives: Subject to Restocking Fee
- All Software products: License, Operating System, Support
- All International Orders: No Returns
- Volume/B2B Orders: No Returns
Return Shipping Refund
- SabrePC can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Return Merchandise Authorization
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can request an RMA number by filling out this form. https://www.sabrepc.com/RMA-Request
- RMA number will be valid for 15 days, unit(s) must be received within that time frame
- If RMA is denied for any reason, units will be disposed of after 20 days if customer does not claim the unit
- Mark RMA number on outside of box. Returns must have outer box when shipping product back
- Physical damage to the product (internal or external) will void all RMA
- Any foreign stickers/labels/markings on part and original retail boxes will not be accepted
- All RMA return freight must be prepaid by customer unless a prepaid shipping label is provided
- Returned requested part & qty on RMA form must match physical part & qty being returned
Non-Eligible Product for Returns
Products that are received by SabrePC in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected or subject to restocking fee
- Any product not purchased from SabrePC
- Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a “Dead on Arrival” product that powers on and works properly upon inspection)
- Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Product returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please read our Defective or Damaged Item policy for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This would not be considered a return
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
- Any product which appears tampered with, customized, or altered in any way
Restocking Fee
You may be subject to a restocking fee (20%-70% of the original price) if:
- Non-defective items that are returned opened and within the item’s return policy period
- Non-defective items that are returned unopened and beyond the return policy period
- Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected or may receive a partial refund. Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, UPC code or showing obvious misuse not due to SabrePC error
- Physical user damage
Limited Liability
SabrePC is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. SabrePC is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
